Shipping and Delivery

Most orders placed with Fine Gift Soaps.com are processed and shipped within 48 hours, to arrive within 8-10 business days. You will be notified by email of the estimated ship date if an item you have ordered is not in stock.

Shipping charges depend on the order total. For orders over $50, ground shipping is FREE. For an additional charge we can ship overnight or 2 day delivery -- please call for a quote which will be based on the weight of the order.

Other Requirements

A physical address is required for all orders – we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are processed for shipment to one (1) address per order.

Returns and Replacements

We hope all of our customers are completely satisfied with products purchased from FineGiftSoaps.com. If you find it necessary to return an item however, we will issue a refund for the price paid for the item to the original credit card. This applies to any item that is unopened and unused, and returned to us within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days from the date of the purchase, a FineGiftSoaps.com store credit will be issued for any unopened and unused item returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by the original order receipt.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you have ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped within a few days we will notify you by email or telephone.

Sales Tax

FineGiftSoaps.com charges sales tax of 7% on the total order amount for all orders shipped to the state of Georgia. No sales tax is charged for orders shipped to locations outside of the state of Georgia.

Promotions

Promotional coupons that can be redeemed when ordering items from FineGiftSoaps.com will be distributed from time to time. Simply enter the coupon offer code in the appropriate place during the ordering process and the discount amount reflected on the coupon will be subtracted from your order total.
